Ship By Dates and Processing Times
For in-stock items Popped.NYC will ship within a 5-weekday processing time. We usually do it within 2 days but sometimes it's just too much with home schooling and WFH and WTF! If the order is being shipped domestically, there will be an additional 4-weekday shipping time before buyers can open a case. If it’s shipped internationally, there will be an additional 10-weekday shipping time before the buyer can open a case.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Popped.NYC. If for any reason you’re not, simply return or exchange your products, following the guidelines below.

RETURNS BY MAIL
- STEP 1: Contact us.
- STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
- STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense.

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
